Return Policy – Cancelation

#enaevents takes on the organization of any event, such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, etc., making every effort to ensure their successful execution.

However, in the event of:

• a change in the date of an event due to unforeseen circumstances related to the Company,
• cancellation due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the Company’s reasonable control, such as strikes, health crises, severe weather phenomena,
• non-use of distance learning services due to a technical problem solely attributable to the Company

You may either attend the program on the new dates, if and when they are determined or request a refund if the new date/condition does not serve you. In the event of the final cancellation of a program or inability to attend it due to a technical problem, the Company will refund the price it received within fifteen (15) working days.

If you need to withdraw or cancel your attendance, you must inform us in writing by sending your request to our email address info@enaevents.gr or to the address indicated on each event page.

Specifically:

If you wish to withdraw/cancel your participation in an event in which you participate in person or participate remotely live, a refund is provided if the relevant request for withdrawal is submitted no later than fifteen (15) days before the scheduled start date of the event. After the aforementioned period of time or even at the start of the event, no refund is provided by the Company.

If you wish to cancel your subscription to the video-on-demand service, provided that you have not used the service, a refund can be issued upon request, within fourteen (14) days of the subscription purchase date. After this time period or if you have used the service, no refund can be issued by the company.

If you wish to withdraw from watching recorded programs, and it has been proven that you have not used the service (you have not logged in), a refund is provided. If you withdraw after activating the access code to the organizer’s platform, no refund will be provided by the Company. Apart from the above general terms, different participation policies may be followed in some programs depending on their particularities. The specific terms will be stated in the detailed information of each program.

Refund

Refunds, where they apply in accordance with the above conditions, for all products and services provided by the Company are processed within fifteen (15) working days after we receive your request for cancellation (with the necessary supporting documents, such as these will be notified to you in writing when the request is submitted).

The price will be refunded: 1. In case of a charge to your credit card, the Company, once it has collected the price from the Bank, will refund the amount to the card (with the exception of partial refunds, which will be made by deposit to Bank account). 2. In all other cases of payment (bank, cash, etc.) the refund will be made through a bank account, which you will indicate to us. The specialized staff of our company is by your side, at any time, ready to solve any problem or question.
